The power table feed units are suitable for use on many popular milling machines available today. Both feeds come complete with all necessary components to fit the unit. They operate in both left and right direction and have a rapid advance facility and limit switches with adjustable stops. Both feeds are 110 volt for safety.

Vertex 3 Way Compound Angle Milling Machine                      

Angles can be set in 3 ways to provide Compound Angles for Machining. Vice swivels 360 degrees on base, tilts through 90 degrees and also tilts 45 degrees left and right side horizontally. See above. Made from high quality castings.

Posilock Collet Chuck System For Threaded Collets

Taper shank mounted collet chucks are tapped to take milling machine draw bar and are complete with a set of four metric (6,10,12 & 16mm ) or four imperial (1/4, 3/8, 1/2 & 5/8 inch  collets. The eight piece set contains both. Collets are screwed to accept threaded milling cutters.

Boring Head with very rigid construction accurately produced with Dovetail sliding head hardened and precision ground.

They have two vertical tool holes and one horizontal tool hole giving a boring capacity up to 250mm diameter. Easy to read graduations for  making accurate  adjustment. Comes complete with boring tools and holders.

Automatic Boring and Facing Head Designed with simplicity of construction and simplicity of operation in mind, has resulted in a Boring Bar which is very rigid in construction, with very little backlash in the tool carrier due to extra large slide ways. Has a Boring capacity of 250mm. Taker 12mm boring tool sizes. 

Carbide Boring Bar Sets

Rugged construction of these boring bars gives longer life because of the thicker steel construction immediately behind the brazed on carbide tip. Tip design allows flat bottom holes to be bored or surfaced. Shanks are ground to +/-0.0005 inch.

Rotary Table

Vertex Rotary Table

The Rotary Table can be used in the horizontal or vertical position, when in the horizontal they have a very low height. They have a totally ground finish on all table and internal bearing surfaces giving smooth accurate operation. The table centre is fitted with an internal morse taper.

The worm gear ratio is 90:1 i.e. one revolution of the operating hand wheel =4 degrees of table rotation. The vernier scale is calibrated to 10 sec.

The worm gear is hardened and ground and incorporates a quick release system for manual indexing to assist easy setting up and operation.

Larger Rotary Tables Available

Rotary Table Tail Stock The height of the tailstock can be adjusted to suit different indexing centres, while the angle can also be adjusted along the tailstock centreline to suit various applications. 

Rotary table Dividing Plates

Dividing attachment can easily be fitted to the RTHV6 rotary table increasing its flexability. Includes three dividing plates as follows.

Plate A – 15,16,17,18,19,20. Plate B – 21,23,27,29,31,33. Plate C – 37,39,41,43,47,49.

Vertex Semi Universal Dividing Head The vertex BSO and BS1 dividing heads come complete with a head stock tail stock, three dividing plates and a chuck back plate. The spindle nose is threaded to accept a chuck (BSO for Myford 7 series). The worm and wheel are or best quality phosphor bronze for smooth action and long life. Any angle can be divided by direct, indirect or differential dividing methods. Worm gear ratio is 40:1. A 24 hole index plate is included for fast indexing of simple numbers. Spindle is mounted on taper roller bearings and the head can be locked in an angled position from 0 – 90 degrees.
