A new range of Multi Purpose Machining
Centres that would complement the most experienced engineers workshop. Available
in three specifications. Models 2A, 5A and 8A (see specification table). All
three models have the ability to be used as a centre lathe or milling machine
with the advantage of being able to swing the milling head away to gain clear
access to the lathe. The cross slide is tee slotted for work holding or fitting
a vice or other tooling, the tool post can be easily removed to provide clear
access to the cross slide table.
Model 2A which is the smallest has a
single motor to drive both lathe and milling spindle. Models 5A and 8A have two
motors one to drive the lathe and one to drive the milling head independently of
each other. Comes complete with accessories. Stand Extra see below.
