New from ETR. Lathe Collet Chuck Set.

The collet chuck set use the international standard ER25 collet range for work holding, diameters as small as 1mm diameter up to 16mm diameter can be accurately held with a concentricity of 0.01mm (0.0004in) Total Indicator Reading, much more accurate than a 3 jaw chuck and are consistently accurate. Ideal when carrying out repetitive jobs increasing your productivity.

  Two models available, Myford screw Mount or Backplate Mounting.

q       Screw Mount with a 1 1/4 inch x 1/2  inch Register and 1 1/8 x 12 tpi thread.

q       Flange mounted with a 68mm diameter Register x 3mm complete with 3 x M8 cap screws for mounting. Mount on a suitable back plate or can be fixed to a catch plate or face plate.

q       ER25 collets are precision ground. Work holding size range from 1mm dia to 16mm dia. 15 collets in the range.
